IRON CROW YOGA

Mary has led numerous annual yoga retreats to the Luna Lodge in Costa Rica, and invited Rebecca to provide yoga instruction and acupuncture treatments during her February 2009 retreat to Villa Sumaya on Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. Rebecca and Mary are currently planning a yoga and healing retreat to Belize for January, 2010!
